Stella Taco is one of those restaurants that you hear a lot of hype about, but aren’t sure if it’s worth it or not and after eating there a handful of times, I do think it’s worth the hype. Sometimes I feel like, as a vegetarian eater at a place that serves meat, ths dishes I can choose from are generally an afterthought. But, i’ll stay, at Stella Taco, there are some really delicious veggie options. My personal favorites are the Migas Tacos and the Guadalupe Bowl with Mushroom Mole (not pictured). The Bowl comes with a handful of chips on the side, which is exactly how I like to eat my bowls!

Stella Taco is located on Division Street, which is great if you’re looking for a cute place to eat at and want to want to walk around a busy street after. Divison has several restaurants, bars and a few cute shops to walk into. In the same building as Stella Taco, you’ll find Ed and Bean, which is my new favorite frozen yogurt shop… highly recommend!
